Balsam Bashing

Can you spend an hour or two from 10 am this Sunday morning?

Himalayan Balsam is an invasive plant that will dominate river banks leading to increased situation and eventually to bank collapses. The best way to control it is to pull it up before it seeds.

If you have them wear stout gloves a wheelbarrow or two would be useful.

Parking in this area can be difficult, so please park elsewhere and walk the last bit.
