Roger Casement & Jack White; rebellious sons of Empire

Roger Casement, considered by some one of the greatest Irishmen to have lived, and the less well known Jack White were both ‘sons of the British Empire’ who rebelled against that inheritance embracing radical political thought and Irish Nationalism. Both were County Antrim men who would have been very at home in Cushendun. We are delighted to welcome Patrick Casement OBE and Leo Keohane, Lecturer at Galway University to talk about these two extraordinary lives. The talks will be followed by a Q&A .
