Queer Rights and Queer Issues: Through the eyes of a Queer quilt maker

Join Wood Buffalo Pride as we host Bill Stearman, Quiltivist, as he travels across Canada! Bill is passionate about advocating for Queer rights and starting conversations about issues affecting Queer folk. In this presentation, Bill will showcase many of his own quilts, as well as a few other quilt makers' work. The focus will be on the quilts, the messages that they tell, and the Queer-based issues that they address!

This presentation is free to attend. Open for anyone interested in Queer advocacy, 2SLGBTQIA+ history, as well as interested quilt makers and textile artists alike!
