YogiCore is a beautiful blend of Yoga & Pilates designed to support you in your postnatal recovery.
Gentle class with low intensity, low impact exercises to help repair & restore your core & pelvic floor. As well as give you a sense of taking care of yourself & your wellbeing.
Bring your beautiful baby with you and they can experience the joy of the session with you.
Whilst you do your exercises they can watch or play.
Please feel comfortable to feed or change your baby whenever you need to.
We will start each class with a little chat all together, share tips & support with other mamas. Then we do the physical section, before moving into some calm time for meditation, breathing, rest or snuggles with baby.
(Suitable for 6 weeks post vaginal birth, or 10-12 weeks post C-section birth. Pending your Doctors postnatal checks & approval to start exercise)
