The Botanical Bartender

This class will explore the basics of including botanical elements in your cocktails and other libations. We will discuss the botanical history of alcoholic beverages, the elements of the perfect cocktail, and how to make liqueurs, infused spirits, syrups, cocktail bitters, and more. Fee is $40 and includes a handout with recipes and samples to taste. Ages 21+ for this class. Pre-registration is required.

*Cancellation policy: If I need to cancel a class all fees will be refunded, if you are not able to attend (other than illness or serious family emergency in which case I will refund) I ask that you apply the fee to a future class, no-shows without prior notice are not refunded.*
