ドイツでの出逢いから始まったエクスタティックダンスイベント
今までの経験をもとに新たな内容で再構成しました！
ただ踊る、のではなく、騒ぐ、だけでもなく、、、
本当に一人一人がご自身の源とつながれる・触れ合える時間となるようにもっと深い氣づきのための内容にする予定です
すべて身体が教えてくれる
勝手に動く 自由を与えてあげましょう
その動きで色んなものがクリアになるかもしれません
愛に充たされるかもしれません
より繊細な部分に出会うことで何かが破壊されるかもしれません
どんな自分が居るのか、、、都度それは違う体験
