Yoga as a discipline focuses on healthy, active functioning of the whole which includes body, mind and spirit. Each practice within yoga has an underlying purpose to balance and align both physical and energetic aspects of our bodies.
This series of 4 workshops is a deeper dive into the chakras ~ what are they, how do they function, how do they effect our daily lives, and how do we restore balance and vitality to them? Each workshop will gift you with yoga, meditation, plus other tools and practices which will enable you to connect with, balance, revitalise, and heal your chakras.
