Back school events

Date suggested 8/16 1p-4p
Location: LINc gym and parking lot
Target audience: community at large

Things needed:
Obtain clearance to use gym at that time
School supplies donations ask families to donate
Or money to buy the supplies
Flyer for the event
Food or snacks for the people who come
Set up for tables and chairs for gym or tent outside
Popsicles for the kids
Popcorn machine serve popcorn

Other ideas: change date to 8/17/25 Sunday and add other things get:
Location use permission for Sunday
Barber and or Braider
Bouncy castle for kids
Water slide
Etc
