In this 1.75 hour class, learn about seasonal fall ingredients and how to make them into 3-4 delicious soups. Featured vegetable ingredients will be field-fresh from Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm. (Pictured soup is a possible example of a squash soup.)
Chef Mark will describe how we grow and why he selected these featured varieties for Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm.
You will get to participate in some recipe prep, take home 3-4 recipes, and samples from the class demonstrations.
