In this 1.5 hour hands-on class, you will learn about how to select and store at least 5 different types of cultivated mushrooms, and prepare recipes with at least 3 types of mushrooms. Each mushroom has its own unique flavor and texture. They are not too hard to work with or cook, but they are a little particular and some of the ways that you store and cook fresh vegetables donβt work so well for mushrooms. Learn how to make the most of your mushrooms!
