What do you need to participate?
- bike, helmet, all bike equipment
- running shoes for a road run
- water
- change of clothes to socialize in comfort
What is the cost?
- Free for club train and race members!
- $5 for non-members, TriBC/Tri Canada membership not needed for your first session
FAQs:
I only want to bike or run or socialize, can I still come? Absolutely. Participate in the parts you want, and leave the parts you don’t.
I’m not sure if I can do the entire distances mentioned, can I still come? For sure - do what feels right for you, no pressure.
I’m not sure if I have the right kind of bike, can I still come? We welcome all sorts of bikes, especially for the “tri curious” among us. This is a road route so if you’d ride your bike on the shoulder of the road you will fit right in.
Bring yourself a drink and a snack and a change of clothes for a casual social after the workout.
Shirt giveaway: club members who don’t yet have a t-shirt or tank top can take their pick from remaining inventory. We have a range of sizes, styles, and colours in both men’s and women’s cuts. First come, first served!
