Yoga in the Park

Join us for an all levels/all welcome Yoga in the Park class every Tuesday from 6-7:30pm at the Inverness Liberty Park to work on intentional movement, breathwork and connection with nature & others.

Please bring:
- Yoga mat, any props you use and a blanket/towel for savasana
- Plenty of water
- Sunscreen or bug spray
- Love donation for your teacher 💚
- Your favorite human or furbaby
- An open, curious heart & mind

✨We meet at Liberty Park or the Shala if its raining. Class is in rain or shine
