Diabetes Group Class

JCHC offers Diabetes Group Education Classes every other month, which are ideal for those who are newly diagnosed or have not previously received formal education. These classes cover all nine aspects of diabetes self-management and are taught by a multidisciplinary team including a registered dietitian, pharmacist, physical therapist. The classes are led by Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and RN Amy Martin. Insurance is billed, and registration is required. To register call Amy Martin at 641-469-4203.
