NUTCRACKER AUDITIONS ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
The Dance Place is pleased to announce that we will be performing The Nutcracker, December 6th, 2025 at The Arts Center of Kershaw County. Tickets will go on sale this Fall. Watch for future posts!
Placement Auditions: Sunday July 27th and August 3rd at The Dance Place 2739 N. Broad St Camden, SC
EVERYONE who auditions will be cast!!
Open to children, youth, adults, women and men ages 5 and up!
Audition either day but you only need to come to one!

Participation Fee: $110
Includes audition, all rehearsals, use and cleaning of costumes, a 2025 Nutcracker T-shirt, and a pair of tights for the performances
Please note: that the “Parent Meeting” listed below is mandatory for at least one parent or guardian of all dancers under 18, and for dancers themselves 18 and over
Audition dates: July 27 & August 3
1:50-2:10pm – Boys and Girls Ages 4-6 – with or without experience
2:10-2:40pm – Boys and Girls Ages 7-11 – with some experience in dance
2:40-3:10pm – Boys and Girls Ages 12-15 – With experience in dance but, no pointe shoes
