Belly Dance is an awesome way to strengthen and tone!
Join this weekly class and learn to shake, shimmy and undulate. It is fun and a great workout! No dance experience necessary.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows a free range of motion. You can wear socks or a soft soled shoe or just go barefoot.
Thursday, 6:30 at Exl7 Fitness on Broadway.
Please note there is a class right before ours so please come in quietly.
$10 per class cash or $30 for the month, PayPal or Venmo.
