KOLSCH DAY! We use tall, thin glasses because Kölsch is top-fermented, meaning that it flattens quicker than other beers. The incentive is to drink in short, sharp bursts, with more forthcoming almost as soon as one has been sunk. We will continue to fill your 7oz glass until you tell us not to! Serving pretzels and brats with live VOLKMUSIK from Captain Tom. Traditional dress is encouraged!
