Please fill out this registration form to attend The Rural Outreach Center (ROC) Back to School Event on Monday, August 25, 2025 from 12pm -5pm. FINAL DATE TO REGISTER IS 8/18/2025.

Kids & Parents can 'shop' (completely free of charge) for school supplies right into brand new backpacks. Financial & Residential Eligibility is required. (You will be asked to provide proof of address and benefits card)
School Photos & Haircuts will be available for a limited time between the hours of 12-3pm
Bring your school supply lists with you! We will have limited copies available.
