A deeply nourishing class consisting of floor-based, prop-supported poses, mindful breathing, guided meditation, touch (with permission), and sound designed to release muscular tension, relax the body, and ease the mind. An accessible practice, restorative yoga has been shown to improve sleep, boost the immune system, and balance the nervous system - critical in these times of uncertainty and high levels of stress. Please bring a mat. All other props provided but bring any additional items that serve you, e.g. eye pillow/eye mask, favorite blanket. Space limited to 10. Registration required. $30
