Whether you're a seasoned quilter or a complete beginner, this vibrant, hands-on workshop is sure to spark your imagination and expand your creative toolbox.
Flying Into Colours - 2 day class - Using one of 20 designs, Helen demonstrates how to paint with the gorgeous metallic and pearlescent fabric paint on black fabric. Learn to blend and mix colours with zero painting experience. These luminous paints do the magic for you. Day 2 we will quilt and paint some more to enhance our creations.
This class is a lot of fun and very exciting as student's see their designs come to life in full colour and their confidence in free-motion and colour flies high!
Helen guides you every step of the way, demonstrating techniques on the whiteboard and at the machine. You’ll explore a range of exciting quilting styles and discover creative approaches you can use long after the class ends.
By the end of the day, you’ll have your own vibrant floral masterpiece—and a whole new set of skills to apply to future quilting projects.
Morning tea and lunch are included—just bring your enthusiasm and creativity!
