Celebration of Service: Nonprofit Appreciation Happy Hour

For the past 25 years, we’ve had the honor of working alongside our nonprofit partners to build a stronger, more compassionate Johnson County. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, our community continues to be the best place to live, give, work, and play.

In celebration of this partnership and in honor of National Nonprofit Appreciation Day—the Community Foundation of Johnson County and Big Grove for Good invite our nonprofit partners to a “Celebration of Service” Nonprofit Appreciation Happy Hour on Thursday, August 14 from 4 – 6 PM at Big Grove Iowa City. There will be short remarks at 5 PM. All nonprofit professionals, board members, and volunteers are welcome.

We hope you will join us for an evening of live music from local band The Soft and Low, delicious food, and light refreshments as we say thank you for your commitment to our community.
