Unmuted is a Boston-based trio made up of Sophia Saleh, Louis Shriber, and Liam McGowan—three high school friends whose sound blends R&B, pop, jazz, and soul with emotional honesty. Reuniting post-college, they combine Sophia’s expressive vocals and heartfelt songwriting, Louis’s jazz-informed versatility as a pianist and arranger, and Liam’s indie/alt-rock groove on guitar and bass to create music that’s both personal and dynamic. For this performance, they’ll be joined by Adrian Thomas on drums as they perform songs from Sophia’s upcoming EP along with a few select covers.
