Summer Wine Dinner

Join us for a delectable dinner and wine pairing prepared by our Director of Flavors Boots and the Dunbar Farms family. Tickets are $65 per person and include the meal and wines described below.

1st course - Mixed greens, acidulated beets, shaved shallot, green apple, toasted pine nuts and chèvre with a white balsamic vinaigrette - paired with our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc

2nd course - Boneless braised beef ribs with truffle whipped potatoes, braised chard and a sour cherry sauce - paired with our 2010 Dunbar Red

3rd course - Pistachio Tiramisu - paired with our 2024 Pinot Gris
