A new offering at H2L Studio filled with benefits like reduced stress, mental clarity, better sleep and more.

This gentle, beginner-friendly class offers a space to slow down, breathe with intention, and come back to yourself. Each session includes guided breathwork techniques designed to calm the nervous system, support emotional regulation, and build deeper awareness of the body and breath.

You can expect a blend of simple breathing exercises, light somatic movement (like gentle seated twists or spinal rolls), and moments of stillness. Weโ€™ll always begin with a short grounding and close with integration so you leave feeling centered and clear.

No experience needed.

Wear comfortable clothes you can sit or move easily in. Youโ€™re welcome to bring a yoga mat, cushion, or blanket for extra support โ€” whatever helps you feel most at ease.

You are welcome to bring your own mats, but we do have some in the studio you can use.

We're excited to offer this class bi-weekly, on Sundays at 7pm.
