Hello everyone! My name is Anthony and I am teaching a Sourdough baking class on the 26th. We will need a minimum of 8 people for class to take place. I have been a bread maker at House of Bread for a couple of years now and it would be a pleasure to share with you the art of bread making.
We will be going over the fundamentals of bread making, and specifically taking care of a sourdough starter for some hard crusted, delicious home made breads. In this class we will also be going over adding things like seeds, berries, or whatever you’d like to the bread. Bring your questions and an appetite to learn! See you all at the dough table.
