Salt and Light

Branson, MO-based James and Lisa sing and play a variety of music, including originals and covers. They like to play country, Salt and Light offer a compelling musical experience, blending country, folk, gospel, rock, and bluegrass. They draw from Mr. Sparks' extensive East Coast touring, including a Battle of the Bands at Runaway Country, and Ms. Sparks' robust musical background from choirs and theatrical productions. Married for over two years, they’ve created a unique sound. In July 2024, they released their debut album, "My Place in Your Story," showcasing original songs and covers influenced by artists like Johnny Cash and Miranda Lambert.
