Chef Jordan Balduf is the owner of Side Biscuit restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan with Buffalo, NY roots. He brings his hometown comfort foods to hungry students and families alike in Burns Park near the Umich athletic complexes. He has been a part of the Ann
Arbor Chef scene for 15 years working at many Zingerman's businesses as well as Spencer restaurant. He also comes with Michelin starred experience at Pok Pok NY, and worked under top chef masters! Authentic chicken wings and creative weekly biscuits barely scratch the surface of the amazing food coming out of his kitchen.
