👶 August 12th Playgroup: Mini Stroller Strides for the Kids! 🛒

This one’s always a crowd favorite — it’s time for the kids to take the lead! After class, we’ll be hosting a Mini Stroller Strides playgroup where our little ones get to join in the fun with their very own “strollers.”

🎯 Bring a push toy — stroller, shopping cart, wagon, or anything with wheels — and your kiddos will get to experience their own version of class, led by us! It’s the cutest workout you’ll ever witness. 💪🏼💕

🕘 Class: 9:15–10:15am
👟 Mini Stroller Strides Playgroup: Starts at 10:15am

As always, playgroups are FREE and open to everyone — no membership required! And if you haven’t tried a class yet, your first Stroller Strides workout is free — a fun, full-body workout with your little ones in tow.
