On Wednesday, August 27, experience a taste of the Amalfi Coast right here in Lubbock. Stella’s invites you to an elegant, one-night-only summer chef’s dinner featuring five vibrant courses inspired by the flavors of Southern Italy.

First Course
Zucchini Flowers – Crispy lemon ricotta-stuffed zucchini blossoms with basil pesto, arugula, and sun-dried tomatoes

Second Course
Lemon Gnocchi – Superfina ricotta gnocchi with shallot cream, preserved lemon rinds, peas, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and Italian parsley

Third Course
Tuna Crudo Salad – Yellowfin tuna carpaccio with arugula, fennel, Castelvetrano olives, crispy capers, lemon vinaigrette, and shaved Pecorino Romano

Fourth Course
Pesce Spada – Grilled Mediterranean swordfish with caponatina, Gaeta olive purée, arugula and fennel micro salad, and lemon wedge garnish

Fifth Course
Limone & Fragola – Lemon and strawberry sorbetto with housemade whipped cream, fresh berries, powdered sugar, and a mint garnish
