Ok mighty Moosen, here is your reminder, our track workouts will start back up again on August 13th. It will be a great way to ease back into the workouts, plus we will go have FroYo afterwards. We will then skip a week because it’s still pretty warm. Then on August 27th we will go back to every Wednesday evening track workouts beginning at 7:10 pm. Contact us with any questions. Also be sure to save the date of October 25th so you can join us for this year’s Moosathon! You won’t want to miss it!!
