Preserving Prospect Hill: Get Your Hands on Some History!

Join us for another hands-on session of "Preserving Prospect Hill: Get Your Hands on Some History" at Omaha’s oldest cemetery.

Each session focuses on cleaning, repairing, or resetting historic grave markers—helping protect this sacred space and the stories it holds.

🛠️ What to Expect:
- Preservation of historic monuments
- Light to moderate physical tasks (we'll match jobs to comfort level)
- Training and tools provided—no experience needed!
- Tasks will be announced closer to the event as we assess site needs

👟 Important Safety Note:
Volunteers assisting with grave marker installation must wear steel-toed footwear. Don’t have any? No worries—there are plenty of other ways to help!

✅ Good to Bring:
- Comfortable clothes for outdoor work
- Work gloves if you have them
- Water bottle
- A friend or two!
