Join Activate Oklahoma and Crossover Sports and Fitness for a 12-week walk/run training program. Our kick-off celebration is Tuesday, August 5th at 6pm. We will stretch, walk, talk, and enjoy free sno-cones from Tyson’s Shaved Ice.

This program is designed for everyone from first-step beginners to experienced runners. All ages and all abilities are welcome. We will meet every week on Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 8am through October. We are training for the Tulsa Run as our goal.

The program is free but registration is required.
