There’s no better way to celebrate than with a feast fit for the man himself. On Sunday 7th September, we’re throwing open the doors early from 10:30am and firing up the smokers for an epic, meat-filled day in Red Hill.

For $79 per adult, you’ll enjoy a Southern-style set menu loaded with low and slow favourites:
