Tai Chi + Qigong + Yoga Flow

This one hour class is a unique blend of Tai Chi & Qigong movement and breath work, flowing into Somatic Yoga, and ending with a relaxing singing bowl Savasana.

This is a beginner friendly class, so no experience is necessary. We have extra mats if you need one. Wear comfortable clothing! The cost is $10 drop-in or $30 monthly.

Tai Chi is a form of Qi Gong (pronounced Chee Gong), and is essentially a moving meditation that promotes energy flow. Movements are slow and easy. The goal is to be fully present in your body and focused on your breath, while enhancing your own vital life-force energy (Chi/Qi).
