M*A*S*H Auditions

CALLING ALL MEN (AND SOME WOMEN, TOO!)--AUDITIONS FOR M*A*S*H ARE TAKING PLACE AT THE JANE TASCH THEATRE, 2100 EAST. M-36 IN PINCKNEY ON AUGUST 11 AND 12, WITH CALLBACKS ON AUGUST 14. This is a non-musical comedy.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: In the spirit of the Korean War, write a letter home (from the viewpoint of any M*A*S*H* character) about something that happened on the army base. Feel free to use any emotion/situation/language needed to convey your feelings. This letter may be humorous or serious. You will read this letter as part of your audition. If you wish, you may also prepare a one-minute comedic monologue. Memorization is not required. The emotion of your performance is more important to us than your ability to memorize it.
