What is Relaxed Wellness:
It is a Qigong practice, using gentle movements, combine with breath awareness, and intention to help balance the body, calm the mind, and restore and center your energy.

Some of the proven benefits include:
• Reducing stress,tension
• Lowering blood pressure
• Improving circulation
• Regulate nervous system

This class is about an hour of detaching from external distractions and giving yourself the permission to relax through slow Qigong movements while you place your focus on your breath. And ending with a relaxed guided meditation, along with individual tuning fork sound healing to help ground and relax your nervous system.

This class will feel more like a session to help create a pause to breathe, and come back home to ourself.✨
