Beginner Friendly Live Cattle Roping Workshop w/ James Ferreira -

This workshop is designed for folks who have never tracked live cattle or are new to it and want some coaching from championship team Roper James Ferreira. You will learn how to read/track/rate/maneuver a live steer in a low pressure environment. This will be a small herd of quieter cattle. Each student will have a chance to maneuver a steer around while James coaches. Students who already possess the skills to properly handle a rope will be given an opportunity to throw breakaway loops.The cost is $250 per horse rider, $50 per spectator. We will limit the amount of spaces to assure everyone gets one on one coaching time with James. The location is the south shingle Springs horse Arena.
