Kids Workshop: Building Bug Hotels and Bird Houses

Join us for an easy and fun session all about making homes for wildlife! This event is free but spaces are limited so places sign up.
Starting at Heron & Willow Bookshop, we'll take a very short walk to a special outdoor location where we'll invite young people and their families to build and decorate bug / bee hotels and birdboxes - and you can even take one home with you! There will also be a team building a larger bug hotel, which you can also get involved in!
Young people will be assisted in their building, so age appropriateness is at adult discretion. All materials are provided. If you are looking for further inspiration, you can pre-order "Bird, Bee & Bug Houses" by Susie Behar to collect on the day.
All children must be accompanied by an adult but please only book a place per child - do not book for any adults present.
