Welcome to the first day of our PADU Experience Peel Paint Outs, in the picturesque Caraholly Orchard.
Hayley and Aaron Birmingham and their team have transformed their lovely property into a must-visit destination which draws a crowd who come for seasonal produce, fruit picking, artisan markets, food trucks, live music and more - all in the beautiful orchard setting which needs no other window dressing than the seasons of the Murray region.
BYO lunch and/or snacks or the town of Dwellingup is ten minutes by car.
FOR FULLY REGISTERED PADU ARTISTS:
HOW TO DO EXPERIENCE PEEL AT CARAHOLLY ORCHARD
1. Ensure painting surfaces are stamped with the EXPERIENCE PEEL stamp. A stamping station will be set up from 8.30 - 10.30am where you will also receive two didactic price cards, an FAQ Pocket Guide and a festival program.
3. On completion, take a photo of your painting with the subject in view.
4. Deliver up to two Experience Peel paintings to the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre by 9.15am Saturday 21 September. Ensure didactic price cards are attached. Framing for the Experience Peel Award is not necessary.
5. Cast your vote for your preferred Experience Peel painting. (when you hand in your painting(s), you will be given a voting slip.)
