Group warm-up of 10min easy running plus dynamic stretching drills and stride throughs.
Tempo session will either be a continuous 20-30min tempo set, or cruise intervals. Both variations are examples of "threshold running."

Cool-down of 10min easy running and group static stretching.
Session can be altered for all levels of running ability and regardless of runner fitness/race goals.
