Snowsport Scotland Roller Ski Series - Race 5 Huntly Champs

The Snowsport Scotland Roller Ski Series typically aspires to 6 annual roller ski races held across Scotland between May and October. Competitor’s 3 best results are used to determine the winners by series category. All roller ski races are open to all age groups, from under 10s right through to Master’s categories. There is a novice competition for those new to roller ski racing, featuring shorter and confidence-building courses.
The 600m purpose built track in Huntly, Aberdeenshire is the venue of Races 1 and 4.
Format: Time trial
Distances: Sen + vets 7.1km, U18 + U16 5.1 km, U14 +U12 3.7km, Novice 1.2km, Open 2km
Main race circuit: Kidney, undulating 700m
Novice race circuit: Outer, flat 600m
Open race circuit: middle / cut loop, undulating 400m
