Feast nights are about getting friends together and sharing one dish and sides. This time it's pan-roasted fillet of red mullet fillet (or vegetarian substitute, halloumi) served on candied fennel, courgette and gruyere baked custard, provencale vegetable roulade, basil oil split beurre blanc.
