Starting Saturday 20th September, weβll be delivering our high-energy, confidence-building martial arts and kickboxing classes every Saturday morning β open to all levels, ages, and abilities!
π£ 8:30am β Lil Dragons (Ages 4+)
Fun, focused martial arts classes to help kids build confidence, coordination, and essential life skills through movement and play.
π 9:15am β Kids Kickboxing (Ages 7β13)
Learn awesome kickboxing techniques, get strong, stay active, and have a blast with our exciting, structured sessions.
π₯ 10:15am β Adult Kickboxing (Ages 14+)
Level up your fitness, sharpen your mind, and release your inner champion with a fun and challenging workout that teaches real kickboxing skills.
