Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The yearly meeting required by the Halterworth School Association (HSA) charity’s constitution to receive the chair’s and treasurer’s reports and ensure the 4 key roles filled: Chair, Vice Chair, treasurer and secretary are filled.

At this meeting we will be looking to elect the Vice-Chair and Secretary roles. If parents/teachers feel they can give any spare time (the more volunteers the less every individual has to do!) we would be incredibly grateful.

Assuming the roles are successfully elected, once the school is given the money from the academic year 2024/25, then the meeting will ask the school leadership what they’d like funds to be raised for in the 2025/6 academic year and begin to plan the events to fund raise.
