Great for people experiencing challenges with mobility or balance as the whole class takes place in a chair! Easy to-follow Zumba® Gold choreography has been brilliantly adapted for this chair-based workout. Each class is different and tailored to participants but the focus is on having fun! Featuring rhythms such as Cha -Cha, Rock and Roll, Tango, Flamenco and Belly dance.

No dance experience is needed and there are no wrong moves! Wear comfy clothes you can move easily in and bring some water.
