VJ Day 80 commemorations

VJ Day 80 commemorations will be held in the New Forest village of Burley.

The special commemoration event will take place at The Wathen-Bartlett on Friday 15th August 2025 and will include a Ploughman's lunch, dessert, coffee / tea followed by a fabulous 1 hour show from the "Timeless Singers".

Described by Cat Deeley from SKY 1’s Sing Ultimate A Cappella as “girls with insane voices”, Timeless headlined the 2025 Southsea Revival; are part of the Proms in the Park, Stansted Park, Rowlands Castle and have appeared at Cowes Week; The Isle of Wight, Victorious and Wave 105 music festivals.
