In Reiki Level I, the self-healing process begins. We are guided through the journey of cleansing the energetic blockages that stand in the way of The Authentic Self.

- Byosen Scanning
- Kenyoku technique
- Gassho Meditation
- Holy Fire Experience (like a guided meditation)
- Hand placements for self-treatment
- Hand placements for treating others
