Slow Down Sundays are YOUR opportunity to press pause and unwind with a luxurious 2 hour Restorative Yoga Workshop 🧘🏽🧘🏽

With gentle, soothing yoga poses and deep relaxation techniques, you'll unwind and rest, reaching a state of restoration and tranquillity 💤

The Workshop begins with gentle, mindful movement and breathing exercises to help you settle and centre. Next, we shift into a calming Restorative Yoga practice, followed by Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing guided meditation often referred to as "yogic sleep." Afterward, enjoy a nourishing homemade snack before heading home 😊

Restorative Yoga is a gentler floor-based practise. Which can benefit you in so many ways -
