We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new "Palates of The World" culinary series, beginning with a vibrant celebration of Filipino cuisine. From August 4th to August 10th, we welcome you to experience "A Culinary Journey to the Philippines," featuring a special 3-course dinner crafted by our Executive Chef Jake Bloom.

Chef Jake Bloom's exclusive 3-course Filipino menu, priced at $40.00, promises a delectable journey through traditional flavors.

Start with an appetizer of Lumpia 2 Way, followed by the rich and savory Adobo Pork Belly as an entrée. The meal will conclude with a delightful dessert of a Palitaw & Ube Ice Cream Sandwich. For an additional $10.00, you can enjoy a specially crafted Kagatan cocktail, or a Mangorind Dark & Stormy Mocktail, both designed to perfectly complement the meal.

This special culinary event will be offered alongside our regular menu and will be available nightly from 4 PM to 8 PM Sunday through Wednesday, and 4 PM to 9 PM Thursday through Saturday.
