For children age 12 - 16 years old.
As children this age are becoming more independent and adventurous, it is important that they are provided with skills and knowledge to keep themselves and their friends and family safe.
In this fun and interactive workshop children will think about how to get help in an emergency, and will learn how to help a friend with a burn, break, bleed or head bump. They will be introduced to life saving manoeuvres including CPR (inc defibs), Recovery Position and Choking techniques, plus learn how to help someone having an asthma attack or allergic reaction.
