Drawingand painting in Ink /Pen- focus on plants/ autumn fruits/ fungi or mushrooms and varied static natural history subjects.

You may need protective clothing as the Ink is waterproof and will cause stains. Ebberston Studios has aprons and disposable gloves.

During the session you will learn to:
•Sketch an outline in pencil.
•Use dividers to measure more accurately
•Shade using stippling (dots) and cross hatching to add tone.
•Create different tones using ink on A3 cartridge and watercolour paper (paper is provided)
•Work in 2D and 3D

Materials required: A3 Hot pressed watercolour paper (smooth) and Bristol Board (one sheet of each provided), dividers, 2H drawing pencil, Uniball eyemicro black ink pen (or simular waterproof fade resistant available in Rymans), mixing palette, Paintbrushes- a range from extra fine possibly 4x0 or 000 to size 2 and 4 (liquid Ink provided)

Costs:
£32- if you are bringing your own equipment.
£35- if you pay a fee of £3- for materials used or loaned on the day

You can purchase equipment, for use on the day, to take home.
